We use the visitor information as a controller to provide the services, improve communication, and enhance engagements if needed. We may use this information for legal requirements and use it where the visitor has given consent to use it.
We use the merchant information to communicate with them. To send email or SMS to notify the information like subscription due date, remember important details, promotional information, new feature establishment and more.

If you operate a store powered by ZenBasket as a merchant, If you decide to close your store, stop subscription payments, or experience account termination, your entire store information will be permanently removed.
When you visit or make a purchase from a ZenBasket-powered store operated by a merchant, we function as a service provider or processor on behalf of the merchant. The retention duration of your information is determined by the merchant, not ZenBasket.
You have the option to opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages through the 'unsubscribe' function provided in these messages. However, you will continue to receive important notifications and emails, such as account-related messages (e.g., password changes, renewal reminders), security alerts, privacy updates, and critical transactional and payment-related emails.
If you wish to enhance your privacy, you can disable browser cookies before visiting our websites. Keep in mind that doing so might affect your ability to fully utilize certain website features.

We can send Merchant requests for access or deletion to them, but we can't erase Merchant data. Requests to delete Personal Data may affect our ability to serve you.
The Washington County Act requires us to provide Washington residents with some additional information about the categories of personal information we collect and share, where we get that personal information, and how and why we use it.
