A decade into our journey, 2013 became a milestone year as we broadened our scope and established a new office in Tirunelveli, India. The year 2018 marked a groundbreaking chapter in our story. Alongside our subsidiary, ZenBasket LLC, we ventured into uncharted territories with the launch of ZenBasket ecommerce software. Conceived and crafted in Tirunelveli, our cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is a user-friendly ecommerce solution designed to address challenges in the ever-evolving ecommerce landscape. ZenBasket was our answer to the prevailing challenges in the ecommerce platform sphere: prohibitive costs due to monthly fees and transaction charges, limited customization options, basic SEO and blogging functionalities, dependence on third-party apps for advanced features, performance issues with large inventories, and complex migration processes.
